MAKING WAVES IN OUR INDUSTRY
We are conscious of how the food we eat affects the planet so our beef is grass fed and red tractor assured, our produce is sourced locally, our chicken is free range, we only use eco-friendly consumables.
The hospitality industry has forever been known for its poor work : life balance and is in desperate need for reform, now more than ever. This being said we are committed to promoting a healthy and enjoyable working life for our team and therefore have launched the "four day working week" in the hopes that we can change the industry.
LOOKED AFTER STAFF
We use green energy from SSE who use offshore wind and hydro farming to power the restaurant. We look to lower our carbon footprint by using eco-friendly consumables. Our food containers made out of recycled waste sugar cane, our brown paper bags are made out of recycled paper and our cutlery is made of renewable and sustainable, FSC- certified Bertula wood which is fully bio-degradable.
Our whole menu is available in vegan from our Notorious VEG burger to our vegan "duck" fries. We use the best Vegan brands too
