Every burger can be made vegetarian or vegan. The Notorious P.I.G and Mac Daddy are waiting on the full menu.
The original
Notorious B.R.G
Locally sourced beef, American cheese, pickles, crispy onions, ketchup and mustard. Where it all started.
Fried chicken
El Pollo
Free-range southern fried chicken, smoked streaky bacon, mature cheddar and our house burger sauce.
On the side
Loaded fries
Triple cheese, cheesy bacon or chilli cheese. Ordering one portion between two is a bold move.
Brunch
Pancake stacks
Streaky bacon, a shameless pour of syrup and, at The Rooftop, a view of the cathedral.

Our whole menu is available vegan, and Notorious VEG is our fully plant-based menu, made in the same kitchens with the same attitude. Order it for delivery from Castle Street and Maidstone.

How we run our kitchens matters as much as what comes out of them.
Flexible working
We offer our team flexible schedules, which can include four-day weeks. Hospitality has a work–life balance problem, and this is our answer to it.
Green energy only
Our kitchens run on green energy from SSE. Our containers are made from sugar cane and our cutlery from birch wood, and it's all compostable.
Real ingredients
Locally sourced, grass-fed, Red Tractor-assured beef, local sausage, free-range chicken and our own house-made sauces.
