The original
Notorious B.R.G
Locally sourced beef patty, double American cheese, ketchup and mustard, pickles, crispy onions, lettuce and tomato.
Beef and BBQ pork
Notorious P.I.G
Locally sourced beef patty, shredded BBQ pork, mature cheddar, housemade slaw and garlic mayo.
Fried chicken
El Pollo
Free-range southern fried chicken breast, smoked streaky bacon, mature cheddar and housemade BRG sauce.
On the side
Loaded fries
Triple cheese, chilli cheese, cheesy bacon, crispy duck, BBQ pork or chicken katsu. Sharing is optional.
The original
Where Notorious started.
We opened on Castle Street in 2019. It's still mainly a takeaway, and it's still where the burgers that made our name come off the grill.
Since then we've grown to four kitchens across Kent, including a second Canterbury spot at The Rooftop on St Margaret's Street. The beef is still locally sourced, grass-fed and Red Tractor assured, the chicken is free range and the sauces are made in-house.
