Visiting
Can I book a table?
Castle Street and Maidstone are walk-in only, so there's no need to book, and we can't take table bookings. Castle Street is mainly a takeaway with a few seats. Maidstone is inside the Love Food food hall, with plenty of seating. The Rooftop takes bookings for corporate parties and group events. Email bookings@notorious-brg.com.
When do you stop serving?
Opening hours for each site are on our Locations page. If you're cutting it close, give Castle Street (01227 787318) or Maidstone (07846 087416) a call first.
Food & allergens
Do you have allergen information?

Do you have gluten-free options?

Is the whole menu really available vegan?
Yes. Our whole menu is available vegan, and every burger can be made vegetarian or vegan. Notorious VEG is our fully plant-based menu, available for delivery from Castle Street and Maidstone. More on our vegan page.
Where does your meat come from?
Our beef is grass-fed and Red Tractor assured, our beef and sausage are locally sourced, and our chicken is free range. Our sauces are made in-house.
Do you sell pizza?
No. Burgers, loaded fries and mac & cheese are what we do, and we'd rather do them right.
Do you have a secret menu?
Who knows? Ask nicely.
Ordering
Do you deliver?
Yes, through Deliveroo, from Castle Street in Canterbury and Love Food in Maidstone. Both the B.R.G and VEG menus are available. Find the links on each location's card on our homepage.
Can I order ahead and collect?
Click & collect is coming soon, through our new ordering system from Kayana. Until then, walk in and order at the counter.
Can I order online from The Rooftop or Faversham?
Not yet. Online ordering for The Rooftop, and click & collect and delivery for Faversham, are coming soon.
Events & work
Do you do events and catering?
Yes. Book The Rooftop for a group or corporate party, host at Love Food in Maidstone, or have our food truck or gazebo come to you. Events of any size are welcome. See Bookings to enquire, or email bookings@notorious-brg.com. What's on next is on Events.
